Hi there, when plugged into my USB port, MagicJack seems to work fine. Everything has been updated and runs ok. When I remove it from my pc and plug it into the wall with ethernet cable direct from my router, it works for a day or so, and then stops working. The "blue" light stays on, but the yellow LED shuts off. I have to unplug and re-plug it in before it will start working again. I have lost important calls, during which suddenly it loses connection.
I had raised a help desk call, but their process is to plug it into the PC.. where it works perfectly. Software or firmware updates didn't resolve the issue.
Is anybody familiar with this issue, and would they happen to know of a solution? I've had this MJ for over a year. The first year it worked flawlessly and reliable. The problem only began to occur *after* my first year expired, and then I renewed it.
