Hey Guys,

I'm hoping you guys can help.

I'm having trouble renewing my canadian number. I've tried a couple of credit cards already because i'm getting a "invalid AVS" error msg. I googled that and it probably that my billing address is not the same as on the credit card. Problem is, i doubled checked and it is...

So customer service told me to try a USA credit card. (I'm from canada). So when i try to go ahead and add this card i get a "too many recent credit card changes" error msg....

Live help tells me to call customer support. Customer support tells me to chat on live help...

My renewal is due the 20th of this month.

Do you guys have any ideas?!

me think they no longer want canadian customers - after they have sold mj's to canadian customers, so now canadians may have useless mj's.

Try this - Delete ALL credit cards from your MJ account online. Wait a few days. Then add only ONE, one that has your name as the primary card holder and its billing address the exact same as the address that you have set for the MJ account (and its e911 service address). Then turn on auto-renewal.

The error i get looks db related. Like if a user is not allowed to have inputed more than 5 credit cards. Good luck explaining that to customer service...
