I have been pulling my hair out for 2 weeks now trying to get my recently upgraded MJ to register successfully and FINALLY I found the problem - MJ will not register if you have VMWare installed (as I do on my XP Pro box) and the VMWare Ethernet adapter is enabled. MJ gets confused looking at both the VMWare Ethernet adapter and the actual, physical LAN adapter.

Disable the VMWare adapter and MJ should be good to go.

Just thought I'd share this if it helps anyone. Very Happy

Maybe it has something to do with XP and the version of vmware running. I have a fairly new build of vmware workstation and when doing testing on Vista SP1, I had no issues.
