I finally got around to entering a trouble ticket for the NetTalk Duo I have which I think always had a problem and finally died all together.
I entered a detailed trouble ticket in the wee hours one night. The next day I got and email from tech support asking me to phone them. I phoned them and in less than 3 minutes I was speaking with an obviously very American young man who said I think your unit has a trouble.
He went on to offer that there were two ways to have a replacement sent. If I gave him my credit card info they would ship a replacement next day or I could download the shipping label from their site and send my unit back and after receipt of it they would ship a replacement.
Since I was in no great hurry I opted to try the send it back first method to see how that would go. I mailed the unit back on the 23 of Aug and in todays mail ( 3 Sept) arrived a new unit. 11 days round trip.
It just doesn't get better than that for standing behind your product and giving great service.
My hat is off to NetTalk for that great support! |
