My MagicJack Plus plugged into the router started acting up lately. In fact when the phone rings I pick up the phone and I get a dead line while my calling party receives a busy signal. I tried moving my MagicJack Plus to a usb port on my computer but the results are the same.

Any suggestion?

There is no way I can rely on my MagicJack plus for my everyday calls.
