I've been trying now for two weeks to update my credit card details with no success. I tried emailing, but no go, I tried adding a new card, no go, I tried speaking to a representative, no go.
Now my subscription has expired, so If someone on this forum can't help me then I will have to cancel my MagicJack account after 14 years. |

I renewed mine earlier this year with no problem. An obvious question: do you have the correct password? Try to renew using a different web browser. |

I don't have a problem logging into my account, the system won't allow me to update my credit card details or add a new credit card.
I used the automated credit card details updater, that won't work either.
For the past three weeks I've tried to speak to a consultant, the line just goes dead after waiting for about ten minutes.
I will try another browser, if that won't work then I'm closing the account. |
