Just a reminder that everyone should periodically log into their online MJ accounts and check to make sure that all of their settings are as they need/want them to be.

This is especially true for the voicemail "stutter dialtone" message indicator setting. Occasionally, when MJ updates accounts and voicemail system, they inadvertently turn off your stutter dialtone even if you previously had set it to be turned on. When this happens and you go to check the setting you will find it unchecked, and even once you turn it back on online it will STILL not necessarily work properly so check for correct functioning by calling your MJ+ from another phone (if at all possible), leave a message, and then wait a minute or 2 to see if when you pick up the MJ phone line you hear the stutter tone. If you do NOT hear the stutter tone:

1) Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the MJ+, then unplug the MJ+ from its power adapter.
2) Log into your MJ account online and start a live help chat. Inform them of the problem and tell them that you have already disconnected the MJ+ from your router and that they should proceed to fix the relevant setting at their end. They will then fix the setting at their end, then tell you to reconnect the MJ+ to the router and plug it back into the AC adapter, then ask you to try making a call from your MJ-connected phone to make sure it works, and then ask you to try leaving yourself a message (from another phone) to check for the stutter tone (it should now work correctly).

If you do not have access to another phone to do this last check, tell them so and ask them to PLEASE call your MJ+ number to leave a short message for you.

Such problems will crop up from time to time, and when you least expect it, so it's important to check your account settings every so often to make sure that their "engineers" haven't screwed them up on you.
