Regardless, Caller ID spoofing is not illegel (yet?)

I am using Vista - please help.
So I finally got the spoofing to work, I just couldn't enter in the persons name, rather only the phone number. But it worked very well. So then of course I tried to install it as a service. I get a Device ID error when going into services. It does not work with the 'magicjack' account that i ...

I believe I have put everything in as needed in Vista for this to run as a service. However, I only get dial tone, and can not make phone calls. WHen I go to the services and click on Properties it says: "Configuration manager: The specified device ID is not a valid Device ID". My phone doesn't work ...
