You can use either skype, or lingo. Both have international call fowarding. Skype works but sometimes it is hit or miss. And it is not always clear. but it is faster to set up.

Hi, this sounds good, but can you do anything about the international call fowarding? As of right now you can call international, if you have money on your account, but it will not except the 15 digits that is needed to foward internationally, only 10 digits allowed. Can it be Fixed?

This will not work. Because when you try to set the call fowarding number in the system, it will not except the extra numbers you need to dial an international number. So yes, you can call an international number, but you can't foward to an international number.

I you check, i have asked the same question many times, for the same reason as you, and i got no help. i my self travel overseas, and like you the incoming calls are free. And you are also right, if you pay for the forwarded calls who cares as long as you have ...
