Callers hear us, but we cannot hear them
This happens quite frequently. Someone calls us. We answer. The caller can hear us, but we cannot hear the caller. We have to hang up and either wait for the caller to call back or place a call to the caller ourself. Any thoughts? Sometimes if the caller calls right back, everything is ok.
