Found the problem. After discovering my credentials, I initially attempted to use Sipgate for the iPhone to make a call. Well, it looks like Sipgate retained the connection to the SIP Proxy even after my application on the iPhone closed. That was what prevented my X-Lite from working correctly.

Thanks for the input guys. I guess I was a little unclear in my original post... I tried 2 different computers separately, at different times[s], mainly because I couldn't get the first one working so I wanted a stab on another machine.
