Well my MJ has been working so well lately I am ready to move on to the next step.
What's the verdict on the Outlook Add-in?

I must admit that life with my MJ has not been easy so the last thing I want to do is install another piece of troublesome software.
Does it install itself ...

Can someone please explain how this thing works or should I say stops working and then starts working.

Worked fine for a week or so. Yesterday plugged it in and the infamous Lucky You message and upgrade appears to happen.
Then shes dead - just sits there and flashes the USB not recognized message ...

Glad to hear it wasn't just me ...........
Day 3 MJ's doing just fine.

be nice to have a local number here in BC Canada - but good things take time.

MJ is already earning it's keep - now I can call Toll free numbers accessible only from the US = Cool = Payback in savings in no-time!!

I don't know what happened. But all seems ok now.
Opened a link back to this Forum and my resident Avast Anti-Virus report a VBS Malware virus.
Did flush, and reboot and all seems OK

Sorry bout that - I don't know where the issue was ......

Anyway, back to MJ - it's been up and 100% for two days ...

Went to read a followup on my watched thread and my Avast Anti-Virus picked this up - "VBS:Malware-gen" - of course I aborted the conection.
Thead is "Install Problems I give up ..........."

I started this thread, not me - I'm innocence - What's going on!!!!

Well I finally got it to run..... Here's how!!

Tried plugging it into a USB port right on the motherboard (back of the case). It seems that the USB ports on the front of my CMStacker case may not be fully powered?
So while it was plugged in to the motherboard I did a cold reboot.

Well I tried the MJrRecover and again no joy - it only says "Device not Found"
The problem is the devise never gets totally recognized. After you plug it in it repeatedly tries to get itself discovered and keeps cycling the message "USB Device not Recognized" so you see it never gets far enough to ...

When I run this program it says Device not found ??

Surely someone knows the magic answer to my install issue.
Any help appreciated .....

Well I've lost count of how many times I've rebooted, and system restored.
But I am done! It won't work.
I SUSPECT but can't prove that the Upgrade.exe corrupted firmware / software on the device ...
