Can not select "telephone" under headset/volume co
Have been on "chat" with MJ help. I can not select "telephone" under menu/headset-volume control/select device. I reset, deleted, rebooted, reloaded, tired three different phones. Any help?

I have a new Uniden phone. I get a dial tone. When I dial (not using 1 in front of the number dialed) I see the number on the softphone screen. Nothing happens.
