Thanks for the reply, but I do have fax set at 9600. Note that I am trying to fax through software on the computer and not through a fax machine.

Has anyone been able to send faxes over a MJ? Tried to send a fax today, the number connected, but during the transmission it would disconnect and I would get a dial tone.

Was just on with support chat and they though that I had too many phones on the line even though I have only 2. They had me take the phones off and call my mj number and I got the incomming call. So, it's on my end. BTW, support was quick to come on and was very helpful. I did plug the phones back ...

The problem has been going on since yesterday. Any ideas?
