Magicjack minimum hardware and OS requirements

has anyone tried using the magicjack on an old P2 machine running win98? Will this work? I have an old Dell P2 (not using) with win 98 and would like to use this as a dedicated machine for MJ. I see on their website that win xp is the minimum requirement. Is it possible to run win xp sp2/3 on a P2?
