I can't do any updates sat all, not just the mac update


Get the same error when trying to download 4.0 Beta or even when trying to run magicfix.
Error was something like device not found or magicjack not found.

Just to clarify....all the errors I was getting were on a new PC laptop running Windows Vista.

I haven't tried them on my mac yet as I haven't been able to complete any of the software updates.

Just bought two Magicjacks hoping to use them on a Apple Mac running Leopard.

Registered them relatively easy on my friends PC running Vista And they worked fine.

After registering, tried to do the beta software update...got the message Magicjack could not be found even though it was plugged in ...
