Same thing happen to me but it was my mistake...I accidently reformated my MJ while doing a new install of windows.You now have to go to Admin tools,Computer Management,Disk Management and reformat it that way and reinstall MJ software.Hope that helps. Rick

It is only heard on the MJ side totally breaks up the conversation. Fairly frequent, don’t know about wireshark or how to set up. Sometimes I also get intermittent audio from incoming call that breaks up and is hard to hear the caller, Thanks

Yes Mj is working fine you only get the number on your phone to show up but you get the whole name and number on the softphone.
