No problems here. I'm on my second MJ with no issues at all.
My puppy got tangled up with my phone cord and pulled my MJ out the computer and ran with it down the tile while I chased him trying to get it untagled... It was a fun event :)
Anyhow MJ tech support was great and had me send it back ...
