I have since received a new second magicjack and in the process of rebuilding my computer with a fresh copy of windows xp pro when complete I will try the second mj to see if the sound is still there really am skeptical it will solve any issues. I will keep you updated.

I get the same message Warning: must plug magicjack into usb... I went as far as reformatting my computer running xp pro than plugged it into two other computers one vista and one xp pro that have never previously seen the magicjack software still get the same message

Same problem here... I have two computers one running xp another running vista happens on both computers using the same mj dongo its about every min or so.
