I tried all that man. Can't even click on the link they told me to click on to get an RMA. It leads to the magicfix page. Tricky! I have Vista Ultimate yes, but I did all I could. So what happened to you ron? Did you do anything to it prior to MJ failure?
I'm uninstalling my logitech quickcam fusion, unplugged the MJ and replugged it back in, the GUI says "ready to call" but I can't make call still, used the magic fix but got a red X on "we could not access your MJ"

Ahhh damnit!

It was working fine until today! I got a busy signal everytime I call it and after restarting the prog, it seems to be stuck at this stage " starting, please wait...", saying not registered, and when I tried magic fix, it said that it could not connect to my MJ...
