Well how come when I call people it still shows the old spoof name?

Update, I can now access the webpage and the phone is working as in I can make calls out, but the program still says "Not connected - No 911 Information is available"

Still curious how often this happens. I am using magic jack at my business where client communication is a must.

Phone wont connect and the webpage times out, completely dead. My internet is fine obviously and I have been using the magicJack for a week with no problems, what gives? Does this happen often?


I wont say this alone is going to make me cancel my usage but a phone here is very important to me and ...
