Well, I went out and bought some resistors and then I remembered I had a powered USB hub sitting downstairs. I tried that first and voila, it worked. Caller ID is now working and the calls also seem to be a bit clearer (that part could be my imagination). I'll keep the resistors on hand for the next ...

Hi,

The info you're looking for should be located under the advanced/voip tab (select advanced on the top and voip on the left menu). You'll need your SIP information rather than the username/password combo that you signed up with. The following thread contains information on how to get your SIP ...

I'm having the same issue, but with a newer model DELL Desktop. I have tried two different phones with the same result, one phone stated "ERROR" instead of the caller id and the other stated "Incomplete Data".

Anyone else experiencing this?

layman's terms

You're giving a complex -- I regsitered yesterday with a 'jack' name, not sure who you're referring to, but be assured it's not me.

I just ordered th MJ yesterday and they turned the order around within a couple of hours, so I 'm looking forward to trying to get it installed/working this weekend ...
