I'm also having this problem with the extension. So I was wondering if the extension that comes with it is faulty or if I bought another one would the same thing happen.

My problem is that when I bougt MJ I paid with Paypal and was told that while I was in my 30 days I wouldn't get charged until after the trial. Well I was charged but then I was told that it wasn't a "charge" just an authorization and would be dropped...it never got dropped. So now I'm wondering if ...
