people at MJ will not let me remove my credit card info.
it looks like the only thing i can do is have card company
give me new card with new numbers. this company really sucks

Mine did the same thing at 11 months. No blue light and no power to phone but softfone still worked.
No fix for that prob, need a new Magicjack, your old one has died

must be built in to die before a year. Softfone calls and receives but no
blue light and no power to phone. Tried several phones and several
computers. The back half just died.

Has part of my Magicjack died? Softfone calls and answers but no power out
to external phone and no blue light???
