i already tried the upgrade many times and still doesn't fix my problem... i think the problem is on my MJ not on my system 'cause i already tried my MJ in other computer with vista/xp and still have the same result.. all my calls backs to dial tone few seconds after i dial...

hi. i think we have the same problem. all my calls backs to dial tone and i tried it on many different numbers.. online chat support is USELESS!!!!

those number that now i can't call are the same numbers iam dialing 2 weeks ago using same PC and same MJ and was working perfectly before

i already tried. one time i had successfull call but after that all calls cuts off.. i also tried to plug my MJ to my friends computer and same thing, my calls hangs up...

i installed the update many time and still my calls drops. operator said my MJ is not damaged but i tried it on at least 3 computers and still i cant make a call..
