Just frustrated and wanted to vent (again) as well as make sure I am not the only one experiencing this - which my money says I am not.

For all of the satisfied users, good for you. Seriously, it's a great thing if (when) it works. For me, it's just not worth the frustration.

Yes, the same thing happens here, too. I ran Fix to correct problems with not being able to call out. I chatted with tech support and was given a magicJack recover tool which, when I ran it, told me that the MJ was running fine.

My phone works so it's not too big an issue.
