I just found out about the one hour time limit.

I waited on line for one hour waiting to talk to a costumer service center. There were 51 calls ahead of me... but I waited because it was extremely important to get through.

I was only 5 minutes away from them picking up the call!! Now I am back ...

As I re read the original problem, and as HolmanGT has already pointed out the address http:// render.talk seems suspect. Can you please recheck that address. I've searched the forum and there is no mention of that address. Just seems strange. Anyone else? Hi, yes it is strange... but that message ...

Do you have any issue with internet browsing using IE or Firefox? Try to open a command prompt windows (Start/Run, type in cmd , press return) and type in the following:

ping magicjack.com

You should receive 4 line responses from magicjack.com if your internet connection is working.

Hi, thanks for the replies! This is my home computer running XP with service pack 2. Comcast as the high speed provider. It doesn't have a firewall installed and virus software is turned off. The Windows security firewall is also turned off.

I also did this..

Click Start tab and open your control ...
