tech support teld me to

a) flush the install
b) reformat phone
c) run update
d) run mjsetup
all failed
e) after doing what they asked they tell me its with my cdrom drive and they need to remote my pc

I bet you fregot to run regedit as admin

and you should temp make the admin account visable if you arte going to go stuff with the os (removes the popups need admin crap)

I was looking and http://www.tjnet.com/ is the people that made the hardware they have the "demo" tool to allow skype use of the device and linux drivesr and many more stuff

btw it evern tells you your serial number + hell your model number
