Isn't this section of the forum called Tips, Tricks and Hacks? And with this being a forum, every user has the right to post what he feels is valid information. Whether or not I agree with the post is of no regard. I read this thread expecting to see forum members intelligently discussing how to ...

I am not sure there is any real advantage to using Team Viewer over a solution line RealVNC. I used it because after reading over many of the threads in the MJ on a Thin client forum, there were many examples of successful installation on the t5700. I didn't want to spend any more time to try to ...

A t5700 may work right now with just 256mb/256mb if you uninstall a lot of unnecessary stuff, but you have to remember that MJ does updates all the time. If you want to stay current with the features, you would be better served by going with a TC with 512Mb/512Mb. With that much memory, you will ...

Dummies guide: Configure an HP t5700 for MJ using XPe w/SP2
There are a LOT of threads out there about how to configure an HP thin client for MagicJack. I have to admit, that it can be confusing reading some of it, as some would pertain to the T5700, t5710, t5720, and other mods to OS's. I just wanted a machine to use with MJ. I tried to install all the ...

I disabled Sygate from the start. From what I have read, it didnt seem to be necessary anyway if all I was doing was using it just for MJ. I had the Windows firewall and my home firewall open.

HP t5700 w/ 1gb DOM/512mb ram and I cant get MJ to run right
First, thank you for your help in advance. Apologies if I ramble. I want to make sure I don't miss anything.
I have had my MJ for about 3 weeks. I had it on my PC and it worked pretty well, but didnt want it on all the time. My pc is wireless, and I wanted to get the MJ on a direct connected ...
