MJ worked ok for months, now I have a dial tone but can't dial. Press a number on my keypad and it is ignored. Can dial with the MJ display. Tried tech support but don't have days to spend on the telephone.

Let me add, sometimes it still doesn't work after the restart and I have to run the update program, then it works fine.
So unplug for 3 minutes sometimes work, unplug/3 min/reconnect and update always works.

MJ has worked fine until recently. Now when I startup, dial tone but can't dial.
Unplug MJ for 3 minutes and reconnect, works fine. Anything I can do to eliminate this unplugging.
