I plugged the MJ dongle into my new netbook running Windows 7 Starter. It loaded and a bunch of updates ran. But the MJ does not show up and is not in the program menu either.

Call forwarding sometimes works, sometimes doesn't !!
As the title says, sometimes my call forwarding works and sometimes it does not. Even if I change the status doesn't seem to matter what the set up says.
Is there a way to reset it? Is there a way to test it? H E L P

Choppy calls reason enough to jump ship : ( H E L P
I have spent much time with tech support to no avail. Most of the calls on my MJ are so choppy I hang up and return the call on my cell phone.
Some times, not too often, the calls are perfect but those are an exception.
Anybody have a fix for this problem?
