How to I get rid of a pop up folder that keeps coming on my screen everytime I plug my MJ USB in?

I call my friends in Toronto on their cell phones and it usually is really good. The one problem that I have found is it takes a while (usually rings for 20-30seconds) then it connects me. They use Rogers I believe as well.

How do I use my magicjack number to ring that service? I am confused by how it works, can someone explain to me how to use it, I like the service but I do not want to use the telephone number that they gave me. Help? Advice anyone?

Okay good to know because someone told me that using extenders make the call quality lesser than if I were to plug in the magicjack directly into the computer.
