If I get that to work I will be good to go.. Grand Central works on all my other lines.. but not yet Magic Jack..

I have tried both... Whenever I hit the * key on my phone I get that test message. When I use *1234 I get a recording saying in order to complete this call.. I must dial the area code and the phone number.. Can you block caller ID with *67? that doesn't seem to work..

Just got my Magic Jack set up today... Here are the problems I have.

That happened to me last week when I ordered. When I got to the shopping cart, I was undecided with the 5 year service, or ordering more than one. The 30 day trial wasn't there for five year plans, if you order more than one Magic Jack, the faster shipping method wasn't on the 30 day trial either ...

Might want to open up a command prompt on your computer and run MSCONFIG. See if you can shut down some unwanted programs that might be hogging your system's resources. You might want to try www.grandcentral.com a call forwarding service that is free from Google. They may have a local number that you can forward to your Magic Jack number.

When you plug in MJ, I would think most of the people who plug in MJ in a USB port have intentions to use it.
In this plug and play world most consumers WANT the convince of drivers to auto install when you plug a product into the USB port.
