My one year contract is finished and I originally signed for a second year. But MJ is still plagued with problems on voice quality and I'm considering a change. Ooma has good reviews on Amazon and you can buy the box for less than $250.

There is a 20 second time delay before the operator voice goes through its message routine. Most callers will hang up thinking the call went dead.
