It is not a big deal to access 411.ca through the web browser seeing that is what I normally do. I just do not like the soft phone 411 option because I have no need to search for American numbers. I would like the convenience of the 411 button opening the Canadian site. Perhaps this is an option MJ ...

I don't get it. Canada has a free 411 service. http://www.411.ca/ I want to be able to have that site open when I click the 411 button on the softphone. Is it not possible?

Sorry if this question has been covered before. I am a Canadian user and would like to know how to have the 411 button on the softphone take me to the Canadian directory, 411.ca. Is there a way of programing this?

Can someone post simple instructions for removing those adverts for those of us that are not as computer save. I would like to have that space for a notepad or pictures but would settle for an empty space. I downloaded fiddler 2 but not sure what to do with it.
