You guys are f-in geniuses!

Ingenius work around!

I followed the instructions posted by Taken83oveR and I have MJ calling without the dongle again!

AFAIK, I don't think they can since it's just using standard SIP authentication; but I could be wrong.

I had the same thing happen to me. My ATA said it couldn't connect to registration server. I changed the Proxy from Atlanta to something else and back online. I think Atlanta's server went down ...

I think he was talking about incoming caller id.

I also would like to know if/how this can be done. I have a PAP2v2 with one line running MagicJack and the other Gizmo5. Both services thru the ATA only show the caller id number and not the name.

I have not forwarded the ports but I will try that. What if you are in a situation where you cannot forward the ports? Like at University or a apt with a network you don't control? Thanks.

As in you are "piggy backing" off your neighbor's Internet?

Make sure your router is forwarding the correct ports to your PAP2. I had the same thing happen where someone would call, wait 20 seconds, and then get a busy signal.

I fixed this by opening ports 5060->5070 and forwarded them directly to my PAP2. Now everything is working just fine.

Good luck!
