No telepathic abilities necessary. I've found that plug and play does not always work as it should so sometimes when you plug in your MJ and or setup for faxing, you'll need to reboot after setup. Just takes a little playing around and reading. God bless you

I've faxed with mind quite a few times. I have MJ plugged in the USB and plugged into my internal modem on my laptop. I use WinFax in Win7 and it works great for me.

Well I too am having the same issues. I can hear them but no one can hear me. When this first started I could unplug the MJ and replug it in and it would work for a while, but now that don't work. My incoming calls are the same situation.

Hi, I using my daughter router, linksys wrt54gx2. I plug my MJ into my desktop which is feeding off of her router about 40 yds away. The only problem is the router is getting overloaded. My daughter looses connection an I get an ear full. What to doooo?
