These concerns are not rants. Repeating same story, may be. I think the whole specification issue, and how it relates to viable usage for a home line is the core concern of the product.

I asked today with a chat rep from magicjack and was told that the normal number they said
they did not know the system decides it.
They bury that in the terms of service and don't give you a number that is excessive.

so again what is the excessive time in the Terms Of Service ?

The only problem I see with magicjack is that once the bubble burst and they disappear, people will again stop trusting VoIP - just like what happened with other VOIP companies.
