Mine does the same thing...
but a better question would be 'what the heck is causing it?'
This really bugs me,and my wife has threatened to throw the darn thing in the toilet!!!

I have this same problem,off & on for awhile now...along with several others,too numerous to mention,but most all of them have already been posted here..
Heres something that seems to solve most of the problems:
1. I hardly ever shut down my computer completly,I usually put it in a sleep mode ...

AR00000,IN00000,ST00000 & UG00000 Folders
Hi all...can any one tell me what the folders AR00000,IN00000,ST00000 & UG00000 are used for in MJ,they are located in the MJUSBSP folder?...Each folder contains several exe's and gif files..I'm a bit confused why the same exe(MJSETUP.EXE) exists in each folder but with different creation dates ...

I had the same problem and I finally figured out how to be able to put my computer into sleep mode when I go to bed at night..Heres what I do:
1.Go to the task bar(ctrl,alt & del keys held down) and under processes you should see Magicjack running.
2.clic on end task..this will terminate Magicjack ...
