If the icon might be gone but if you still have it you can click on
Start - run - type Taskschd.msc - hit enter.
See if that brings it up.
I always got there from clicking on Start - Programs - accessories - system tools. But you would think it would be in the control panel too.

that dimaware program looks pretty good. If I found that before I wrote this app, I probably wouldn't have. I guess mine is still worth something since it's most likely much simpler and much smaller... if that means anything.
