I requested a new phone number and now its working fine. Looks like my original number did not get provisioned correctly. Support was no help at all... but i thought i would give it a shot.. finally seems to be working ok

In case anyone else has this issue.

Support will not be able to help you. The problem seems to be the number was not properly provisioned and when you check your voice mail the system does not recognize you are calling in from your own number, it then tries to route the call (back to you).

Voicemail on Mac

Hello,

When I try to listen to my VM on my mac, I get a series of short rings... you can hear them for about a millisecond every few seconds after this i get 2 longer beeps and it disconnects.

During this time on the right side where the call log is, i get a series of missed calls from my own ...

dead chat? what is that? i did try chatting on the website but it doesn't seem like they can help much. They just said they will speak to their engineers. Right im sure they will...

I have a feeling its something like instead of the # being forwarded to VM its setup to forward back to my own ...

Voicemail

Hello,

When I hit the Vmail button is it supposed to go directly to your voicemail or is it supposed to call you?

When i hit the vmail button i get an incoming call and it says accept or ignore.

If I hit accept it puts me on hold. I guess im on hold with myself. If i hit ignore it goes to my VM ...
