I have tried it on several computers (all XP) and the problem and symptoms are the same. I tried it on one brand new HP that never had MJ on it, and nothing.... no setup, no autorun, nothing. I had the same problem I normally do ("you must plug in MJ") and did what I normally do...... formatted the drive just as the FAQ's state. THIS time however, NOTHING comes up (no auto start). It looks like they want me gone and figure the easy way out is to ignore it and let it lapse. I have an open case against MJ with the FCC about the unauthorized charges and account changes ...

Sorry it was such a boring read. I didn't include the confirmation email about the IPP card, it wasn't mentioned at all in chat, it just showed up in a confirmation email.

They certainly DO have access to passwords. As a matter of fact, they can CHANGE your password. I spent upwards of 3 hours with support on 3 occasions and after one chat finally agreed to send a replacement, they ended the chat by changing my password to a profane comment (F U) and cancelled the ...
