I believe the MJ appliance itself is out of beta, but the software that makes it all work is still in beta.

Hmmm I think they should keep the "appliance" as you call it in beta still. They still have an ass load of updates every few weeks... But oh well. Can't wait to see someone sueing em :roll ...

That is perfectly normal. On WinXP, you should get:
1.) MAGICJACK (E) YMAX MagicJack USB Device (CDROM icon and shows up in DEVICE Manager as CDROM)
2.) Phone (F) YMAX MagicJack USB Device (Hard drive icon and shows up in Device Manager as hard drive)

Drive letters may vary, but yours should be ...
