I've had issues where certain people can't call me due to routing issues. I filed a complaint with the FCC thanks to this thread link:

Nevermind. Found out I have to change the email address that messages are delilvered to and then suddenly I could access the voicemail again. Hope this helps someone else.

How long after you changed your email address were you able to access your voicemail? I'm having the same problem as well ...
