I have tried and I have failed. I just can not follow everything I guess. I have looked at the other info that you have listed and have tried to follow everything. I just can not get it to work without the jack attached. Thanks for any help you can give me.

using MJ without dongle problem
it seems I forgot to mention one thing:
when setting this up, leave the dongle plugged in, but end both process "magicJack" and "mjsetup" from the processes list in the Task Manager
after copying the folders and setting up the shortcut, still do not unplug the dongle, but run magicJack from the ...
