Hello,
I am not very happy with my MagicJack and would like to give the magicjack to someone else for use (still have 10 months left on the subscription).
Can they create a new phone number along with new login information?

That looks good to me. The wiki FAQ entry for choppy/garbled voice describes how to compare performance between your computer being quiet and with normal network activity. Just got a new MJ (3 weeks?) and was having audio issues (I hear choppy audio and the receiver hears draining/dying audio with intermittent static).
