Apprently they have figured out the no-voicemail problem. I tech-support chatted again, after waiting a week, and the tech went away for a few minutes "to check your connection" and then said "try again", and it worked.

I too have no voicemail, just hangs up
I lost my Voicemail by deleting it, but they have not been able to reestablish it, after six hours of chats, and twice up-levelling to "engineering will fix it within 64 hours".

I did the same thing: deleted my voicemail prompts (because my recording kept adding itself on to the default prompt, rather than replacing it). Six hours on tech chat so far. I thought they were pretty good, but no fix so far. A promise of 64-hours engineering response. But that is the second time ...
