From other posts on the subject, MJ doesn't pass the CID information from the user. I'll see if I can find the post and link to it from here.

MJ DOES pass CID NUM info on outbound calls. They just no-op'ed ability to mod o/b CID on server side.

If you are running any version 1.2 or above, you need to do a full upgrade. Completely remove the MagicJack_Utilities directory and start fresh to ensure no remnants are left over.
