Need to call internationally
Please advise what should be changed in the Dialing Plan to allow International calling.
I would usually dial 011 following the country code and it is the only thing not working through PAP2T at the moment.
Example: 011xxxxxxxxxxx (14 digits all together)
Thanks!

Problem is gone
Don't know what caused the original issue but it was gone the next day by itsef.
May be related to the fact that PC in the different country was rebooted?
Anyway, I am glad the problem was fixed.
PS
It still takes couple of calls most of the time to get connected and able to speak to the other ...

I was able to create the 911 profile with non-US address where the 911 Service is disabled.
Then I've aplied that profile to my MJ account successfully.
Problem is that when MJ Soptphone would start it would always default to my own US Address that was entered before and totally refuse to pickup or ...

Not an answer but more of the concerns for the same issue
I have somewhat similar concerns.
Not being able to remove the absolete address from the 911 setting of MJ :(
In my case my first MJ was registered to me but then given to my relative in another country.
Was not able to remove my American Home Address from the 911 after spending hour on my own and ...

Could be some anti-spyware of Firewall
I've seeing issue where some weird anti-spyware or firewall software was blocking the functionality for the programs starting.
Windows Defender can be configured to block auto-start for some applications. Could be blocking magicJack? I've had mine disabled before could use MJ.
Just a guess.

If you follow this document the coffee is on me if your problems don't go away. Not a bad guarantee if you like coffee.

Hey thanks this was a help.
With Vista Ultimate 64 bit system I had to go to the Control Panel and click on "Manage Audio Devices" Then click on "Handset" and then "properties" and then select the "levels" tab and turn up the volume. My volume was on 32 and I turned it up to 68.

I've had exact same problem with the only MJ but fixed it
My MJ Softphone kept crashing after Vista SP1 Installation.
But the problem did not start until I've switched from one User Profile in Vista to another.
On the second User profile Softphone would load to almost 90% then crash erroring out and quitting.
Shortly after the same problem would start ...
