Maybe they should address the current issues before they "unveil" this during "CES".

I hear ya brother. I have the same problem. I have tried multiple phones. The volume is very low, unless you use a headset. The technical support chat has been no help at all. It is up to us to figure this one out....

I have tried all of the information I have been given. Spent over 11 hours with the so-called tech support chat... They are worthless to me.
I will try to get them to replace the dongle, if possible.

The powered USB hub has the same results, on both computers. I have tested my bandwith, 8 MB.

I tried my laptop. The volume on my end is still very low. The other end is fine.

Volume low on my end. I have changed the volume on the softphone during a call, it changes slightly. I have tried different phones. The softphone is louder than a regular phone.

I have tried all of the above.

I have raised the volume in the menu tab, still rather low? Any Ideas?
